FI “BEKTEMIR-SPIRT EKSPERIMENTAL ZAVODI” JSC announces a competition for the following leadership positions:

Chairman of the Board;

Production Director;

Finance director;

Sales and Purchasing Director;

Director of Regime.

The competition is held on the basis of the received proposals for candidates.

Candidates can be qualified employees, company executives, as well as other persons, including foreign managers, who have the necessary qualifications and work experience in the relevant field.

Proposals for candidates may be submitted by the company’s shareholders owning at least 10 percent of the company’s voting shares (hereinafter referred to as initiators).

Persons who:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            do not have higher education;                                                                                                                                                                                                          do not have at least two years of experience in a managerial position;                                                                                                                                  performed the functions of the sole executive body, were a part of a collegial executive body or were founders of a legal entity at the time of termination of licenses to carry out these activities for violations of licensing requirements and conditions committed through the fault of these persons, if less than three years have passed since such termination;                                                                                                                                          have an outstanding criminal record for economic crimes or for crimes against the order of administration;                                                                  by a court verdict they are deprived of a certain right, which consists in prohibiting the guilty person from occupying certain positions during the period appointed by the court in enterprises, institutions or organizations, or to engage in one or another activity;                                                          performed the functions of the sole executive body or were part of the collegial executive body of a legal entity at the time when such a person was declared bankrupt and two years had not expired from the moment of recognition.

Are in a relationship of kinship or property with another member of the Supervisory Board. The initiators ensure the accuracy, relevance and correspondence of the reality of the information about candidates submitted to the society. The initiators submit to the competition the data of the candidates in a sealed envelope with the application of the candidate with the consent to participate in the competition, assurances of the authenticity of the information provided and consent to conclude an agreement upon winning the competition.

Deadline for submitting proposals: 10 days from the date of publication on the website of the company, the Unified portal of corporate information and on the website of the RSE “Toshkent”.
